About Ladi
James Ladi Williams is Founder & President of Akadá and Editor-in-Chief of Akadá Journal.
Before starting Akadá, Ladi advised governments, nonprofits, and corporations on urban governance, economic development, and higher education strategy. His experience includes strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company, policy research at the Urban Institute, and serving as an appointed Fellow in New York City’s Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity.
